Hello,
I am trying to figure out how to add an external hard drive to my dvr. I connect the hard drive using an eSATA cable and a confirmation pops-up on screen. It says press "A" to continue or "C" to exit and I press "A" button on the remote but nothing happens. The set just reboots and does not format the hard drive. Is there a different "A" key on the remote or on the DVR itself? I have tried pressing all buttons on the actual DVR to no avail. Please help, thanks!
