My DVR lost power the other day and when I called support, there was a recoding for Orange County users that there was an interruption of signal and to unplug the DVR from the back; let it sit for 10 mins and then power it back on.
I did just that and the DVR box did come back on, but is not sending a signal to the TV.
I had Cox re-send a signal to the DVR and it still doesn't work.
The clock display is "1004" which is not the time and I think might be some error code?
I tried to chat with Support, but they are pretty much worthless.
Anyone have any suggestions?
