I'm not seeing that message as a programming display for our Contour service. It's possible that it's coming from the TV itself. Can you verify the TV make and model and let me do some research.
Browsing through the manuals for Trio (Contour) and the 8642HDC, I see no mention of a screen-saver, or of the error message being reported. I don't think it's the DVR/IPG.
