I usually have nothing at all bad to say about Cox and was actually just talking a couple weeks back about the great service we get and how nothing is ever down...now i've had NO HD CABLE since Sunday and no channels at all except the Science channel since Monday...we called on Tuesday for service and can't be helped until Thursday!? That's ridiculous...I will be prorating my payment on my upcoming invoice for sure...one more reason to drop cable all together and just watch TV online...overpriced to begin with, and now that i need service i get a 48 hour wait?! Totally unnacceptable!!!
