i am a real Cox Customer and would just like a few answers.
would you be so kind to delete the two people who are being rude to me. My replies to them should probably also be deleted I am just trying to ask a question for a real representative and never dreamed I would be attacked by people on this forum.
i apologize if I said something rude I just wanted to get the programs I am paying for and also even said I would pay more to be able to get them!
