I can only suggest checking your SAP and Language settings on your cable box. You might also check the CC and SAP settings on your TV.

Thanks for subscribing. I'd suggest first trying to reset the box by disconnecting power for two minutes and reconnecting to see if that helps. Do you have the same problems on all TVs in your home?
