I see a work order was setup to bring a box however I wonder if the outlet itself was ever checked. I would try disconnecting power to the box for two minutes and reconnecting to see if that helps....

Is this normal? When the TV is on, the sound can't be heard but when the TV is turned off it's very noticeable as a high pitch frequency sound. Only had the new DVR box one week.
