I agree with the above........ After having my DVR 6 switched out at the request of cox, the issues still occurring and the techs unable to find any other issues and even admitting that they had the same issues on their DVR 6, its about time that you folks admit formally you are having on going issues with the roll out that are software based.
I called customer care last night and was at least credited my contour (trio) and installation fees back and will be asking for the same credit each month there are issues until I do not feel like a paying beta tester.
To quote the customer care rep last night " i don't blame you for being disappointed with this I have had the box since July to test and have consistently had the same issues and inform our tech weekly "
My fear is that this software was out sourced and not built in house which could also create delays in fixes.....
So speak up Cox and inform your loyal customer base
