Cox and NBC Live Extra/Premiere League Extra Time

Could you please make some indication on if Cox will be providing access to Premiere League Extra Time or NBC Sports Live Extra through the NBC Sports Network?

Cox is listed as a provider in several unofficial articles, but has not put out any official word and is still not listed as being able to access the Live Extra App. Since the Premiere League Season starts August 17th I need to know ASAP so I can switch cable and internet providers if these services will not be provided. Thanks!
