Ah, my troubleshooting info has a process for that.

1. Ensure the correct Record 6 DVR receiver is selected as the default under "hardware" tab. (If "Watch on TV" is not working this may need to be done even if the Record 6 DVR is in a standalone installation, or if there is a Record 6 DVR and other receivers mixed.)
2. Reboot the Record 6 DVR and try again.
3. If not resolved, reinstall the app.
If that doesn't do it, we need to send your account to our backoffice support specialists.
And the "TV Guide" to "Contour" logo change rolls out from 8/14 to 8/21 according to my latest info.
