Setting up Remote Guide button to only Display My Favorite Channels or Channels I Subscribe to

I read a forum post that kind of discussed this, but my particular receiver was not discussed, rather it was the Scientfic Atlanta receiver.  We have the Motorola HD box and are currently subscribed to Cox Advance TV.

I was able to go in and set up all of the channels we get with this package in My Favorites.  However, when I push the guide button on my remote, I see ALL of the Channels Cox has available, NOT just My Favorite Channels. 

Is there a way to display only the channels I have receive in my package or just my favorite channels when I push the Guide button?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
