RE: Loss of Sound

Hi Michael,

There are multiple ways to set up your sound system, depending on the system components and connection cables you have on hand. For diagrams specific to Denon, I would need to refer you to the manual for the Denon system. You might try the Denon website!

To break the connections down as simple as possible, they should be as follows:

1. Use a set of red and white audio cables to connect the Audio Out on the cable box to Audio In on the Denon.
2. Use a second set of audio cables to connect Audio Out on the Denon to Audio In on the back of your TV.
3. If you have the remote code for the Denon, you may be able to program the Cox remote control to operate the Denon receiver through the AUX button on Cox remote.
