Which receiver/DVR are you using? That channel is in the 860MHz-1.0GHz band and uses H.264 video. It requires equipment capable of receiving those channels, as denoted by "+" in the channel listing: " + Contour HD Channels, if included with your service level, require rental of a Contour receiver or CableCARD for a device capable of tuning those channels."
You need to be using a Cisco 8642HDC/8742HDC/8752HDC/9865HDC DVR or one of Cisco's newer receivers. Again, what receiver/DVR are you using?
