I come here with the notion that if I'm having an issue of any kind I can't be the only one. Take for instance the brevity of the display of closed captioning---I've read more than a few complaints (like the ones I have) but not as of yet any solutions. With almost every query the response is the same: "Are you having this issue on all TVs or just one? Can you verify the receiver models you have and the type and manufacture of the TVs?" It's at this point where all further forum discussion ends.
Well, my question for today is: I've tried searching most every logical, intuitive area of every on-screen menu-----Where in any of the on-screen settings windows would I find listed the model number of the receiver I'm using?
