Are you still having this issue? If so, try to power-cycle the cable box. To do this, unplug the power for 2 minutes and then reconnect the power cable. Wait until the correct time is displayed on the front of the cable box and turn the cable box on. this can take 5 - 10 minutes. On occasion, you can lose channels because the receivers memory lost the mapping for that channel. Doing the reset usually fixes this. Please let us know if you continue to have an issue.
