Had to wait for my husband to get home to call me at work to give me the verbatim of what pops up when trying to use high def. Channel 1078 says, "If you want to subscribe to Golf Channel call 304-4COX;” the same is true (but for the "golf channel" words) for every channel 1000+. We interestingly enough are also not getting the regular cable channel 78, but are getting 3, 4 , 9, etc., some cable channels only.
We have always gotten the golf channel and other cable chanels, including high def channels until last night when we reset the cable box over the phone and spoke to the rep about the "input" issue that was causing the black screen.
Sounds like I may need a technician out?
