Domino - I'm going to check and see if Cox Solutions Store in San Diego has one of those cable card boxes I can use in the bedroom, thanks for that list. On the Plus Pak, I paid for it, and they "grandfathered" that and a few others into my current subscriptions, on bill it shows no charge for that.

DrWebOK. One of those Cisco receivers I mentioned should do the trick. They should have at least one in San Diego. Good luck.
Last time I checked you needed the full Contour Whole Home DVR Package with Professional instal to get any Contour HD channels on Cox leased Cisco equipment. You were not able to get just one HD STB and receive those channels. Retail CableCARD devices were the only exception.
