HD Homerun Prime only receiving ClearQAM

Hello all, I have read through some of these posts and I think I have an issue that I could definitely use some help with.

I am able to receive Clear QAM from Cox in San Diego. I cannot get anything else. Here's my status messages for my problem. I just don't see what the problem is though. Please help.
