Looks like the install was completed with the equipment the tech had available, which is good. I wouldn't want you to miss out on enjoying your Contour service to the fullest while we arrange for an equipment swap. What I want to do is reach out to your local Field Service Supervisors so we can set up an appointment that works for you.  With that being said, I'll need an email from you first.
