Yes, a few other people on the same system hub as you are having a similiar problem, but that's pretty much always going to be the case, and there can be a hundred different reasons for that at the same time. This does not an outage make.
I just did a street-level check, and pulled 5 other houses on your street with 7 total receivers, and all of them are responding to signal checks while neither of yours are. I'd have to suggest following our standard troubleshooter, and if that doesn't work, we'll need to schedule a service call.
