That's strange. Are you having this issue on the HD box or one of the SD receivers? Did you try rebooting your receiver by unplugging it for about 2 mins.? Also, the receiver that you are having this issue with, do you known if there is a splitter connected to the cable line going into the cable box? If there is a splitter connected, I recommend bypassing the splitter and connect the cable directly from the wall to the box. Let us know if this works for you.
