UNAUTHORIZED TRAP

On Aug.23rd I upgraded to expanded cable. 

The next day, Aug. 24th, Cox ordered a trap.  I have 3 TV's.  Because of the trap, which they should never done, Two TV's will not pick up any channels and the third TV only gets up to 28 channels.

After 3 days and multiple conversations with multiple Cox employees, at best, all they can do is have someone come out on the 28th.

So they can order a trap, totally screw up your service, and send someone out in a matter of hours.  But it takes them 5 days to fix the problem.  FYI, I have been with Cox for years, made payments on time etc. and that's how they treat me?

Wht can't they send out thesame  person who placed the trap who must not have bottered to check my account and see I upgraded my account.

Oh, I forgot to mention, they discussed to account with an unauthorized person and increased my bill from $70 to $114 with no notice. 

I did find out they have a customer loyalty dept. that offered me a better deal of only $77 for cable upgrade and internet.  But that took multipe calls.  So if you've been a Cox customer for a long time, don 't waste your time talking to whoever answers the phone.  Instead, right from the start,  ask to speak directly to their customer loyalty dept.
